Welding aluminium and its alloys
Welding aluminium and its alloys is one of the biggest strengths of our company. We belong among a small number of companies in the Czech Republic which directly focus on welding this material. The knowledge of the aluminium problems in production associated with the state-of-the-art technology and long-term experience of our employees gives us certainty of performing work always in high quality, whether we weld simple weldments or demanding applications for the oil industry.
Aluminium and its alloys belong among the most frequently used materials of all the non-ferrous metals in engineering and other sectors. It is used for its good resistance to corrosion and plasticity even at cryogenic temperatures.
To achieve a high quality welded joint, we pay attention to the selection of a suitable filler material, the cleanliness of the welded material and last but not least the process of welding.
Our welders hold certificates according to ISO EN 9606-2
Since 2013 we have been the holders of WPQR - Protocols on the welding procedure qualification according to ČSN EN ISO 15614-2
